The Mortgage Pre-Approval
Before you begin to shop for your new home, you should take the time to meet with me so I can provide you with a fully documented and lendable mortgage pre-approval.
The pre-approval process will provide you with how much you can afford, down payment requirements, closing costs and a consultive approach to guiding you in the right direction.
The pre-approval process will require the completion of a mortgage application along with all applicable loan documents. I will review your credit and provide you with a lendable pre-approval letter that your real estate professional will appreciate along with giving your sellers great comfort and piece of mind.
The Mortgage Pre-Qualification
I am always happy to pre-qualify you based on the verbal information provided by you. I can give you a tentative idea as to how much you will qualify and will review different loan options that might fit your needs. Unfortunately, I am not able to provide you with a mortgage commitment based on a pre-qualification and highly recommend that we head toward the full pre-approval process.
Please keep in mind that we can not lock your rate or program until you secure a fully signed agreement to purchase and we have updated your loan pre-approval information.
